Before going further, I am assumimg that the readers are aware of typical indianbehaviourial patterns. This piece is not meant for naive, gullible, PC, indophiles and definitely not average indians. Let’s proceed.
India is definitely not a civilization without a doubt and the folks are obviously haven’t evolved to be fully humane. One parameters of this can be easily deciphered by indian behaviours. Indians are uncouth, uncivilized, ill-mannered, arrogant, lack any basic etiquttte, dosen’t know how to treat others whether inside their family or outside world. No other part of world can match india in this. It has nothing to do with economic development or colonialism as the political correct brigade preaches. Rather it’s ingrained. Indians staying in Silicon Valley to Singapore shows same traits. Those who differs are sufferers, they are sidelined, marginalized and find living among indians as hell. Indian bosses treat their juniors as cattles, indian parents treat their children as livestock animals, indianpublic authority expects god like veneration and treat others like servants, indians traders misbehave with customers and so on and so forth. But the most important thing is all of this is venerated in the so called culture which indicates that it is their intrinsic trait.
Now let’s deduce why they are like this, how this is came. Indians are bottom of the barrel in terms of human evolution. Indians haven’t left behind their feral nature. So indians haven’t developed human traits that much. Indians are amoral creatures, they haven’t developed any moral or ethical standards. That’s why they don’t have any sense of right and wrong, just and unjust etc. They are completely driven by primal instincts, nothing else.
In term of organization, indians are family centric tribalists. Indian default setup is ‘me, my family, screweverything else.’ Indians also hold onto a specific herd for survival. That goes their world. They will never think beyond their jhund and parivar. This makes them corrupt by blood. They only try to maximize for their biradari making everything else dysfunctional. This also makes them unable to treat anyone beyond their biradari as human being. The concept of religion is not based on belief or code but herd.
In the so called culture, dishonesty, corruption, cheating, fraud etc are celebrated as great achievement. Indians consider it as an intelligence to fraud others, manipulating others for their own benefits, putting work on others. While honesty, courage, morality are seen as foolishness.
Indians always prefer one-sided relationship where he will be the beneficiary. So they are unable to build any exchange relationship. That’s why also indians don’t respect contracts, don’t have value of words, shirk responsibility, flee in time of need.
Indians also think freebies is a divine right, they will try to fleece free stuffs from everywhere. This also comes from lack of ethics and absenceof the concept of incentive. They don’t have a concept of production, trade, commerce etc so they rely on freeloading, extortion and other unscrupulous means for resource. As their loyalty ends with their family, they don’t bother to think about that. So they can easily bought off by anyone with cash.
Coming into thinking part, they can’t think. Their brain actually dosen’t function much. They struggle to process simple information. They are mostly driven by emotions, impulses, ego. So they don’t even aware about what they do. They barely think beyond survival, primal desires etc. The so called intelligent ones use their mind to rationalize everything rather than introspecting.
Now comes the crucial topic, interpersonal relationships. Indians believe only in master-slave relationship and follow might is right doctrine. If you don’t tell an indian to sit on the floor, he will sit on your head and become your bully. Only way to make an indian respect you is via brute force, showing of power etc. They will grovel on your feet.
The concept of privacy is also alienable to them. That’s why they poke their nose on everyone’s personal affair. Also for this, they don’t have difference between personal, professional life. That’s why everything in india runs based on personalconnections, oiling and buttering up etc. This also one of the reasons that corruption is ingrained.
Indian leadership and management is all about bullying, ragging, harrassment, inflicting fear etc. That’s why they always get royally screwed by others. History is proof of this. Like

Like everything, indians want power for free. They think being at authority position is like being a bully. They don’t want any accountability with power. Neither indians have sense of it. They will grovel whoever they sees as powerful and will abuse whoever they sees as week. It’s a feral law of jungle there. Given a little power, indians become extremely predatory and will cross all boundaries. Another motivation for power to them is sadism. They enjoy inflicting pain and being given god-like veneration. This why they become completely abusive bosses. Indians also expects unconditional loyalty from others while giving nothing in return.
Now why they are arrogant, egotist if they are bottom of the ladder. This is most likely due to inferiority complex mix with jelousy. They want to project themselves as divine entity while being absolutely low. They can’t accept this but won’t do anything to change this. So they resort to egotism, abuse etc.
Handling india and indians is not for everyone. One has to study those who successfully did it and understand it.
Overcoming indians mean being a ruthless cold-blooded kasai which requires some out of the box strategy.
Only then the mission will be successful.
